Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All pieces are made and sent from my workshop in Fitzhead, Somerset.
Items purchased from the shop are usually dispatched within a week.
Made to order pieces take a little longer and are typically made and posted within 6 weeks, though this can stretch in particularly busy periods.
If there is ever a delay, we will always let you know. I know many of these pieces are gifts for special occasions, so timing matters.
Packaging
Pottery is surprisingly vulnerable in transit, so everything is packed with great care.
Boxes are often larger than the contents to allow for generous protective layers. I use tissue paper, bubble wrap or recycled filler to cushion each piece properly and avoid knocks along the way.
I would be delighted to have any large packing materials returned for reuse, using the enclosed label. Simply send the box back and I will email you a code for £7.50 off your next order.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce24, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Postage is calculated based on the weight and size of your order. We do not make any profit on delivery charges.

International Delivery
International delivery, but please get in touch for international delivery rates.
Returns
I very much hope you will be delighted with your piece. Each one is made to be lived with and enjoyed for many years.
However, I understand that occasionally something may not be quite right.
Items purchased from the shop, or catalogue items without inscriptions, may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price.
Unfortunately, I am not able to accept returns on:
- Personalised or inscribed pieces
- Commissioned items
These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Faults or Mistakes
If there has been a mistake on our part, I will of course arrange an exchange or refund.
Returning an Item
Please contact us before sending anything back, as we are unable to accept unauthorised returns.
Items must be returned:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- In their original packaging
For your peace of mind, I recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
